Sarah’s work bridges science and compassion. She has designed and scaled consumer-first programs that empower individuals to reverse chronic illness through evidence-based lifestyle interventions. Her focus: translating complex science into simple, actionable tools that fit real lives. Holding a master’s degree in Kinesiology and a background in clinical operations, education, and medical affairs, Sarah has helped thousands of individuals take charge of their health.
