This Privacy Policy outlines how we, Unleash Health Pty Ltd (ACN 664 617 163) (“Unleash Health”, “Unleash”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collect, use, disclose, safeguard and manage your personal data when you interact with our services (“services”), including the website, unleash.health, (the “website”), the related mobile application(s) (the “app”) and any other mediums.
By using Unleash Health’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to your personal information being managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Unleash Health respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. We adhere to the National Privacy Principles established by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy sets out how we collect and treat your personal information.

Unleash Health may periodically receive, store, and process personal information that you input into the app or website directly or provide to us through other means.
Unleash Health collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us, when you access our app and when we provide services to you. We may receive personal information from third parties. If we do, we will manage it as set out in this Privacy Policy.
The kinds of personal information that we collect, usually directly from you, may include:

ii) Basic profile information such as demographic information including age and gender.
iii) Account details including username and password.
iv) Information relating to your exercise regime, lifestyle and wellbeing, diet, sleep patterns and any other information relating to your lifestyle you choose to provide to Unleash Health.
v) Correspondence and communications data, including any personal information contained in your correspondence and communication with us.
vi) Marketing data, such as your marketing preferences.
vii) Responses to surveys.
viii) Identifiers and usage data including your IP address, advertising identifiers, engagement metrics and information about your device, including model, version and operating system.
ix) Any other information you provide while interacting with us.
We may obtain personal information about you from the following third parties:
i) Third party apps, partners, devices.
When you come into contact with our services, we may automatically collect certain information such as device ID, the IP address of your device, mobile operating system, browser, and information about the way you use the services. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyze how people use our services, so that we can improve our services.
If you grant us access to your location in the app, we may collect and process location data. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.

We may from time to time use cookies. Cookies are very small files which a website uses to identify you when you come back and to store details about your use. Cookies are not malicious programs that access or damage your computer, tablet or smartphone. Most devices automatically accept cookies but you can choose to reject cookies by changing your device settings. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our services.

You can opt-out from marketing communications and updates by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or you can email us at privacy@unleash.health. Please note, it can take some time for our system to update and you may receive communications while it updates.
iii) Identify and tell you about other products or services that we think may be of interest to you.
iv) Improve our services, better understand your needs, personalize our services to you, and enhance your experiences with us and our brand partners.
v) Contact you in the case of any queries.
vi) Analyze usage and trends to improve our services and develop new features.

viii) Comply with legal obligations, protect our rights and the rights of our users, ensure the safety and security of our services and assist government and law enforcement agencies or regulators.
If you do not provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our services, communicate with you or respond to your enquiries.

iii) We may disclose your personal information including name & email address to our brand partners if you consent to being subscribed to our brand partners’ mailing list.
iv) We may from time to time need to disclose personal information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.
v) We may disclose your personal information in circumstances where you have consented to the disclosure.
vi) We may disclose your personal information where we are permitted, authorised or required to do so under applicable privacy laws or other laws.
vii) We may also disclose or use your personal information to protect the copyright, trade marks, legal rights, property or safety of Unleash Health, its app, website and customers or third parties.
If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.
Where we disclose your personal information to third parties, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the third party manages your personal information appropriately.

Unleash Health is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures including physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

Our services may from time to time have links to other apps or websites not owned or controlled by us. These links are meant for your convenience only. Please be aware that Unleash Health is not responsible for the privacy practices of other apps or websites. We encourage our users to be aware, when they leave our app or website, to read the privacy statements of each and every app or website that collects personal identifiable information.

If you would like to access the personal information which we hold about you, believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, want to correct or update your details, or have any questions about your personal information please email us at privacy@unleash.health.
Before we provide you with access to your personal information, we may require some proof of identity. When contacting us to request access to or correction of any personal information we hold about you, we ask that you provide us with as much detail as you can about the information in question as this will help us to retrieve it.
There may be instances where we cannot grant you access to the personal information that we hold about you. For example, we may need to refuse access if granting access would interfere with the privacy of others or if it would result in a breach of confidentiality. If that happens, we will give you written reasons for any refusal and set out any mechanisms available to you to complain about our refusal of your request.

In some cases, we may need to ask you to put your complaint in writing so we are sure that we understand it, and may also need to ask you for further information or to verify your identity. We will attempt to confirm as appropriate and necessary with you your understanding of the conduct relevant to the complaint and what you expect as an outcome.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome in respect of your rights or requests, please contact us. We will consider your comments and any further information that you provide and advise if we have changed our view. Alternatively, you may take your complaint to the Privacy Commissioner at the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). You can easily stop all collection of information by our app by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile app marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at privacy@unleash.health.
