Unleash Health reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Unleash Health and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of our services.

By using our services, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its Terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the services accordingly. Unleash Health only grants use and access of our services to those who have accepted Its terms.

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use our services. By using our services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. Unleash Health assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided by us are the property of Unleash Health, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors, including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property.

You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Unleash Health’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

Nothing contained in the terms should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use the IP without our express prior written consent.

You grant Unleash Health a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish.

In order to access the App, you will be required to create a user account and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information.

You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the App, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

As part of the registration process, you may provide consent to being subscribed to our brand partners’ mailing list. If you provide your consent, you will receive promotional emails and updates from our brand partners. You have the option to opt-out of receiving emails from our brand partners at any time.

Our App is created solely for educational purposes, motivation, guidance, and entertainment. It is not intended to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Under no circumstances should the information provided in the App be considered a replacement for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider.

The sponsorship by brands in the App does not imply an endorsement or medical recommendation for any products or services. Users are urged to exercise their discretion and judgment when considering any products or offerings. It is essential to read product labels thoroughly and adhere to the provided directions for use.

If you are aware of, or suspect, that you might be pregnant or have any physical or mental condition, it is imperative that you seek the advice of a medical practitioner before using the App. The creators and sponsors of the content are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the failure to seek professional medical advice when needed.

Given the disclosures and disclaimers by us, you assume the risk and responsibility for any such results or outcomes.

You acknowledge and agree that the third-party sites may have different privacy policies and terms & conditions than Unleash Health, and you further acknowledge and agree that your use of such third-party sites is governed by the respective third-party site privacy policy and terms. You hereby agree to comply with any and all terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites.

Unleash Health is providing links to the third-party sites to you as convenience. Unleash Health does not recommend or endorse the contents of any third-party sites. Our services simply facilitates for your interaction with third-party sites, and Unleash Health is not responsible for any issues and/or disputes between you and such third parties.

You acknowledge and agree that Unleash Health is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect of third-party sites. Unleash Health and its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and suppliers do not warrant or endorse and do not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third-party sites, including correspondence, offers or promotions, including, without limitation the withdrawal or modification of any such offer or promotion. Unleash Health is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance or termination of any promotion or offer on our services.

Our services are provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Unleash Health excludes all representations and warranties to the full extent permissible under applicable law. Unleash Health makes no representations or warranties in relation to the services and the content, information and materials stored within or published by Unleash Health.

Unleash Health does not warrant that the content in our services is complete, true, accurate, non-misleading, non-infringing, legal or decent. You use our services at your own risk. You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any material or content, including reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness.

Unleash Health assumes no liability or responsibility for any:

i) Errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of content

ii) Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access and use of our services

iii) Unauthorized access to or use of Unleash Health servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein

iv) Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services

v) Bugs, viruses, trojan horses or the like which may be transmitted to or through our services and/or

vi) Errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content made available by our Services

Unleash Health does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered through or in conjunction with our services, and Unleash Health will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and the third-party merchant providing products or services.

By using our services, you agree that the laws of Australia without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Unleash Health and you, or its business partners and associates.

Any products or services you purchase in conjunction with our services are not purchased from Unleash Health, rather they are purchased from the third-party merchant.

You acknowledge that the third-party merchant is the seller of the products and services and is solely responsible for the provision of any goods, services or benefits which you believe you are entitled to.

Any dispute related in any way to your use of our services shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Australia and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You agree to indemnify Unleash Health and its affiliates and hold Unleash Health harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Unleash Health is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our services.
